Is it possible you need to increase your calories? check out Eat To Perform.. they talk a lot about properly fueling your body to improve your work outs and thus improve your body, sometimes that means eating more, not less.

You've done amazing! If you are looking for indoor work outs I recommend the Jillian Michaels videos, ripped in 30, 30 day shred (1month), or the Body Revolution series (90 days). They are all about a half hour. You can always squeeze in a half hour! I'm 5 weeks into the Body Revolution. So far have lost 12 lbs and a bunch…

Everyday is 24 hours yes, but you are burning more calories awake than asleep. Depending on the activity level of your job, you should be safe to add an extra 100-200 calorie snack. To adjust in MFP you could add an exercise similar to your work. Ex. A slow walk for 1 hr, or light cleaning, etc.
