I quit it for about 5 weeks and now just have one once a week or so. I find drinking seltzer helps avoid. I just love the bubbles!

I need to buy one of those big lunch bags too! I bring all the fixings for salad and have a Greek yogurt with it. I eat lunch super late like 230 most days but I have a fruit at noon and usually almonds mid morning. Frozen means are so eddy but the sodium id killer! I love string cheese too. I have to pack my daughters…

I know my husband loves me no matter what but I also know he is much more attracted to s smaller me. It doesn't bother me. I feel the same way about myself :)

I find a great personality makes someone more attractive. So both but average with a great personality becomes great looking sometimes.

I wear 2 sports bras. Its not perfect but better then only 1.

Instead of feeling embarrassed ask yourself why you binged- what were you trying to fill? For me its always triggerred. Find that ou first then try to avoid the binge.

maybe go for a walk? guzzle a big glass of water? Do you have any hobbies that help you unwind? Treat yourself to something non food to pamperyourself for getting through another day :)

during my lunch hour at work! I have an hour commute (and a 2 year old)--- leave the house at 630am- home at 6pm. Getting the exercise at lunch time works great for me then I just eat lunch at my desk.

ya- a lot of fat people do that. what a crap statement. This fat prson understands where OP is coming from because when I'm in diet mode I mentally do not want to eat-- I'm out of my "fat people" mode of eating mentality. those darn fat people-- they just can't figure out how to eat and exercise.

well I ate 1400 calories yesterdayand worked hard on the treadmill and elliptical again. will do it today and tomorrow and next weigh in is wednesday--- crossing my fingers!!!! for the long haul I absolutely am more interested in health but for the next 1.5 weeks we have a chance of $500 or $200 each-- we are crrently 3rd…
