As long as you eat your BMR then it doesn't matter what you NET. You can NET negative calories if you really feel the need to. I'm 5'0 and have always been quite solid so my sizes certainly aren't normal for my weight! Started at 230 size 18/19 and XL top Now at 194, size 12/13 or 14/15 depending on the pants and a M/L top Goal is to be 140, below a size 9, and a S/M top :)
