I use Shuffler.fm app while I am working out. You can search by genre... lots of new, good house, deep house, progressive house, drum and bass, electro house... plus downtempo, chillout, etc for cooldowns. hmmm Brazilian Butt-Lift workout looks fun but I never commit to at-home DVDs :/ Skating/roller-blading is supposed to be good for booties too... look at all those figure skaters!! Also, try the skating motion step machines at the gym... I L-O-V-E that machine!! xo erin

i always work out BEFORE i have dinner. i usually have a late dinner around 8 ish... but i dont go to bed till 10 or so... leaving enough time for my body to process my dinner. also, it does prevent me from snacking too much in the evenings. xo erin

I stir fry veggies with a bit of rice... keeps me going till dinner time :) Maybe someone can help with this though - I like eating soup for lunch but find many have a lot of sodium. anyone know some good fairly low cal soups that arent all salt? xo erin

sounds like me... i am just too attached to my dairy products to give them up! i usually have yogurt with benefibre and granola in the mornings... keeps me full til lunch no problem!

i find i fluctuate A LOT in breast size... its the first place i gain... and the first place i lose :( so, yes i would expect you to go down in size if you lose 30 lbs. however, my friends all think im strange and they have not experienced this same phenomenon lol. xo erin
