I think this is a FABULOUS idea! Hang in there, girl! You're doing something good for yourself. And next time...tell the little turd to hold his OWN McFlurry! :noway:

You look fantastic! Congratulations!

Level 1, Week 1, Day 1 2, 3, 2, 2, 3 Holy Cow! I'm doing mine on my knees, as well. I'm hoping when I can do all 100 on my knees, I'll be able to begin again and do them on my feet, not my knees.

I get them every night. Most nights I can just ignore it and go to bed. Tonight I just couldn't - it was driving me crazy - so I got a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal. So much better than the truckload of carbs and/or sugar I used to eat at night!
-
I'm SO excited! I've been wanting to do this, but didn't have anyone to do it with. I'm doing this Mon-Wed-Fri and I'm doing the two hundred sit ups on Tue-Thur-Sat. :drinker:
-
I buy the Oikos greek yogurt that has blueberries on the bottom.....YUM-O! :)
-
I am SO in! I was wanting someone to do it with me. I can only do about 5 or 6 now without wanting to die!
-
LOL! You lost your girls and they're still bigger than mine! I've been a 34B for my whole adult life.
-
I wear shoes because I have hardwood flooring. My feet slide all over it! LOL
-
Hey! I'm sure there are quite a few who'd love to take a look and help you out, but you're going to have to make your diary public first. Go to Food, Settings, and then make it public. :)

You are not ugly! And why in the world are you only eating 700 calories a day??? You're never going to feel good doing that! Eat, girl! And chin up.....you're doing fine!
-
Damn! And here I've been working this hard for NOTHING! lmao!!!
-
Bahahahahahaha! You just made my night! Poor little darlings....sometimes they are just too young to know what's right and wrong in speaking. They just say what they think. And (most of the time) I really admire them for that. What grade do you teach? I really hope they didn't hurt your feelings, though - I have a really…

And just in case you didn't know - WE LOVE YOU, TOO!!! :flowerforyou:

Bahahahahaha! That was the funniest thing I've read lately! And it's a fact that children will tell you the honest, brutal truth - regardless! :flowerforyou:

I used to get hungry every morning. I switched to greek yogurt and a banana for breakfast. That yogurt has tons of protein and holds me for HOURS! Give it a try - it's a good and good for you.
-
Sugar and Hazelnut Fat Free creamer. It's only 70 calories for 2 tbsp and I budget it into my daily calories. Sometimes I have 2 cups. I will NOT give that up. It's the only thing that gets me going in the morning and the most I calories I get from it is 140. It's worth it to me.
-
Yay for you!!! :drinker: And yes. You'll lose weight at a quicker rate at first. The closer you get to your goal, the harder it is to get it off. Enjoy it!

My ex-husband did this for a while (about a year) after we divorced. I finally just told him that I really couldn't move on with my life, because everytime I headed in a good direction he'd call me or send me a message that would have me right back in the same awful place. I asked him to please just quit and let me move…

Wow! 16 cups is a lot of coffee. I wish I could help you on the cutting back thing. I drink at least 2 cups a day. I love it and that's just one thing I'm not willing to give up. It gets me going in the morning. :)
-
Look at that sweet little baby! :)

I upped my protein, as well. Those little Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with blueberry on the bottom are only 90 calories. I eat one of those and a banana and I'm good for a LONG time. And I miss Smarties! LOL I'd completely forgotten about them, but for 25 calories, I might just have to grab a few of those at the store. :D

Frozen veggies are good for you, as well. You can do it - make the best choices you can make and still be able to afford to eat. And don't forget that there are other foods that aren't expensive that are still good for you.

I'm so sorry! You've got a LOT going on right now. I'm with lrmwiggins - just try to work on portion control and don't worry so much about the rest right now. My mom had terminal cancer and it is one the most stressful things you can possibly go through. You're trying to live your life and get through the stuff you have…

I live in the apartment complex where I work so I'm lucky to get almost all of my hour lunch to "do lunch". One of my favorites is a tilapia filet - I spray a little Pam in my frying pan, put salt and pepper on each side of the fish, cook for about 3 minutes on each side, then drizzle lemon juice on it. I get a side of…

Just weigh yourself in the morning and put that as your starting weight. Your family doesn't have to eat veggies - you need to. Just add them to your meal while you're cooking. A side of zucchini, green beans, something.....it's better than nothing. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. I keep a water bottle with me and just…

Do you have a tape measure? Measure your body. If your clothes are fitting better, whether you are losing pounds or not, I'm sure you're losing inches! Don't get discouraged. You're doing fine. :flowerforyou:

The elliptical I use makes me put my hands on the bars because it can't detect my heartrate unless they are. So, I guess I'm saying I probably shouldn't be answering this question because I've only done it with my hands on the bars. Sorry - no help at all from me. :blushing:

I've been here on MFP for around 4 weeks now (started 2 days after Christmas) and I have wonderful friends from all walks/stages of life. I do fit into this group as well, though. I am the single mom of two boys. My oldest is married, in the Army, about 900 miles away, and has just given me my first grandson. Haven't seen…

Saw an advertisement for this on TV and all I could think was "Really? I'm going to sprinkle some of this on a brownie (this is what the lady on TV put the SENSA on) or whatever and be able to eat without gaining weight?"
