It's one day. Go to bed. You can make it up tomorrow.....eat a good breakfast. :)

fish (all different kinds) lean chicken fruit my new fave: organic greek yogurt (yum!!! and tons of protein) brown rice nuts (almonds, cashews, etc) skim milk (love this stuff - could drink a gallon a day, but I try to restrain myself!) crystal light on the go packs (pink lemonade) - I drink a lot of water, but sometimes I…

What they ^ said! The scale has dictated my life for the last 4 weeks. And I just went through a good 2 weeks with no weight loss at all, and finally got 0.2 pounds gone this morning. If (like me) it frustrates you and makes you a litle crazy, just stay off the thing for a while. Concentrate on moving and being healthy -…

I sit at a desk all day long, so I picked sedentary. If you are up running around with the kids all day long, you might want to stick with lightly active. I know when I was a stay at home mom, I was never sedentary. lol

It's one day. You can't go back and "fix" it, so just carry on today with the good food and exercise and don't worry about it. We all have them occasionally. :)
-
I don't pick cheat days, but only because if I designate a day as a "cheat", my subconscious mind insists that I can do whatever the heck I want. And then I go crazy and eat like a mad person. :noway:

Nope. You're not the only BB user left.....I love my Blackberry and absolutely refuse to switch over to a Droid or iPhone. I'd love to have an app for mine, as well!
-
I usually find another one like it - just use something comparable. You'll probably be off by a little, but at least it'll be a best "guesstimate". I've had to do that twice in the last two weeks because two of my favorite places are local, family-owned businesses that don't list their nutritional info.

Thank you for that very simple explanation. I've been reading for the last 4 weeks about abs being made in the kitchen, but no one ever explained it in terms I could really "get" (not that I'm a dummy, mind you...but, still!). Great post!

Face, arms, boobs......my stomach and thighs are holding on to everything for dear life. You'd think I was a bear getting ready for winter hibernation! lol
-
LOL!!! Like cheese a little bit, huh?
-
Hey! That's awesome! (And a just a little bit nasty, too - LOL) I've lost 26 sticks of butter! Woot! Woot!
-
My mom's homemade mac and cheese (which she taught me to make years before she passed away, Bless her!!!) and Cookie Crisp cereal - I could eat a box of it every day! Love them both!
-
Bahahaha! I love this because tequila is my "shot of choice".....100 calories/shot!
-
Ditto! With two boys who were picky as they could be growing up, I got them into them any way I could think of! :)
-
LOL!

Cookie Crisp is my favorite! One cup is only 117 calories....add the calories from your milk and you only have right at 200 calories from a bowl and it's amazing. Now, I don't do this often, because I'm like you....I get the smallest mixing bowl I can find and eat 2 portions of it! Yum! So, I bought Special K Red Berries…

Yep! Work it out! It's completely normal.
-
I did - it was Monday. I won't do it again. I'm always cranky and the gain just made me feel worse!
-
I've gained 4 - and I'm waiting til it's over before I et back on the scale! :noway:
-
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's awesome! :drinker:
-
Oh, most days I clear 100 oz or more. I like it, too!

There is such a thing as too much water - and it can really hurt you. But, as TaneeisFitforLife said, you aren't even close! Drink your water - it's good for you!
-
You need a hug! And it's not nonsense.....your honest feelings aren't nonsense. I don't know if there's anything I can say that will help, but just know there's someone out here who is listening. You are doing amazing! Keep up the good work! You're seeing progress and you admitted it yourself! You CAN do this! Just keep it…

Welcome to MFP! You're going to love it here! :flowerforyou:

I think it's just our individual bodies. I am not a sweater. I very rarely ever sweat....even when I'm working out. The most I get is wet hair at the back of my neck. But, my friend, who will exercise with me and do everything I do will be dripping wet by the time we're done. I don't get it either...?
-
Actually, I've been told that walking is MUCH better for your joints anyway. As long as you're working up a sweat and burning calories, it doesn't matter if you run or walk. Go get it, girl!!!!
-
Wow! I just converted that into pounds (just so I'd know what you were talking about - lol) and you've lost 20 pounds!!! Woohoo!!!
-
Sometimes you just need to roll your eyes and keep on walking! :noway:
