Not really sure what you mean.. IIFYM means "If It Fits Your Macros." It's used in regards to which foods you eat (ie. you can eat ice cream or oatmeal as long as it fits your carb macros). As for calories.. use the Mifflin-St. Jeor formula and multiply it by your activity factor.

I weigh every single thing I eat... veggies, meat, anything. I love my food scale.

No, it is not physically possible to gain fat from a zero-calorie beverage.

I think it's a better idea to fit the foods you want into your daily macros rather than have a cheat day.

Food... it sucks being surrounded by yummy, high-calorie foods all the time. I have issues with moderation, so it makes it even worse.
