Hi, I am 5'5 and a half. currently at 175 lbs and working towards 140-145lbs. My daily goal is 1620 calories, but find it challenging to do it. I find myself always hungry even though 1620 seems a lot of food. How do you guys manage to deal with your daily caloric goal? Feel free to add me!
