The gold standard whey protein I get on amazon comes in more variety of flavors that's what I like.   • not being lazy just not doing my regular workouts in my weight room. am going for walks everyday and gardening and doing outdoor things and on weekends we go for hikes on the nature trail which last for about 2.5 hours or more. so I am far from lazy.
