Try loading up on lower fat proteins (chicken breasts, tuna, egg whites) on the weekends and veggies. Drink lots of water and get in an extra long workout on the weekend to counteract your higher calorie intake. I don't track my sugars (I don't show it on the diary) I usually stay under on my carbohydrates but don't look at the sugars. (when I did look at them I am way over too) based off eating fruits and dairy, oh well

I really think having the end goal is kinda hard. A bunch of smaller goals are more manageable. I agree with the whole body fat test comparison. Have goals that aren't just related to weight. I.e. if your cholesterol is high, I want to drop the bad cholesterol 30 points in the next 3 months. Body Fat goal get to under 30%…
