exercise calories/ net calories/ what the heck????
ok, so I am confused! I use a HRM to calculate my exercise calories and they are very close to what MFP says for the same types of activities (which is great) But what I don't understand is the whole net thing, well actually I do understand it, but something may be wrong. Doing Good!
Woo Hoo! I am Ecstatic, it was starting off slow 1 pound a week, but it definitely started kicking in, I lost 8 pounds in the last 35 days! Even better I had my body fat tested before and after and I actually lost 10 pounds of fat too! 1 inch off my hips and 2 inches off my waist! Woo Hoo!!!!:wink:

REALLY 4 lbs in 3 stinkin' weeks
