Everyone's journey is different and starts at different times. There are some people that are further along in their journey, and how wonderful that we have a site that we can learn from others and gain motivation and insight. Yes you too will provide that support. After my first week I wasn't making much progress, and I…

WOO HOO!! Congratulations! That's fabulous! Yes, 15 lbs means you need new pants, and really it is important to do that, because when you wear clothes that fit, people really notice how great you look! Just try to get a couple of pair to tide you over. I just do more laundry now! :flowerforyou:

Here is your encouragement! Great job on the weight loss and doing so well on your vacation! That is truly hard! Most likely it could be stress or TOM for the 3 day binge. Today is a new day my dear. Start NOW!!! I have realized even when I think I am doing really good through out the day, if I don't log and plan, I will…

I have found the more white foods that I give up, the less I crave that stuff ( flour, sugar etc) some people don't have the same issues. Get it out of your system, try to give it a few days and eat balanced, eating protein with your meals so that you won't have insulin spikes. Drink plenty of water!!! Lots of people…

I log most of my food from my iphone and then go on the website once or twice a day for comments and boards. The logging of food only takes about 10 minutes and I love it. Sometimes I think I don't need to log, and wait until the end of the day and I ALWAYS go over, so apparently aI do need to log!

I am 5'6 currently 200 lbs down from 218 Jan 1st. My base calories are 1250, but I eat all my exercise calories daily!! I exercise between 500-700 calories 7 days a week. I burn mine through bootcamp/walking 5 days a week, then on the weekend I walk or run! I just don't know how people can not eat that many calories, I am…

Remember to gain 4 pounds of fat you need to consume over 14,000 calories above your maintenance calories. Probably didn't do that unless you are completely GORGING on fast food, most likely your sodium intake is up and it is fluids, so maybe it is a pound or pound and a half. Not so bad. Like shanerylee says drink a boat…

Imagymrat, I love your posts and while they are not all for me (too advanced) I certainly appreciate the time and thought you put into helping others. I think you ROCK!! And to any naysayers out there, don't click on her posts, personally I am always stoked to see her posts! Don't ruin it for the rest of us.

I try to look up the menu ahead of time and decide. No bread, Have water, figure it in and journal before you go. It has helped me. Also don't go starving. Have some veggies before you go, it helps to keep your resolve!:flowerforyou:
