  • Hey welcome Angelina! Journal Journal journal! My biggest suggestion is you bite it you write it! For me trying to stick within the calories was hard, so my trade off was exercise and eat those exercise calories. Lot of great people and support on the website. Good luck! You can do it!:flowerforyou:
  • Isn't it amazing, you think oh I did pretty good today, but those little things add up. I love this site, I get great ideas and inspiration from people who have been on the journey longer than me! I hope that some day I will be someone giving inspiration! Welcome and good luck!:flowerforyou:

  • Well, I am going to disagree. My trainer and nutritionist both think I should be at 130 + in protein daily (I am right around 200 lbs) I also workout 5 days a week 90 minutes plus weekend walks. It doesn't look like you are getting anywhere close to that. I don't have any fogginess from lack of carbs, but I usually eat…
  • Thats about where I am 201. start slow, I would try to inch up to 100 grams if you are at 40 then it will make a big difference. I am currently targeting between 150-170 Good luck! Make sure you are drinking enough water if you are upping your protein. My food journal is public if you want to get ideas for higher…
  • If you aren't quite wanting to eat yet, maybe try a few almonds and water to hold you over:flowerforyou:
  • CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so happy for you! I am 1.6 pounds from that same weight, and I know how completely freaking excited I will be when I hit it! GREAT work!!! Enjoy your onders!:flowerforyou:

  • looks like you have a really FULL schedule. While I am not a big fan of taking a break, you may need to take 1 day off a week, or at least do a lighter walk instead of kettles or tennis. Also, you said you are having a balanced diet, how much protein are you eating? My coach has said to eat a minimum of 150 grams per day…
  • The end!
  • That's so cool! Looks like you had a great workout!
  • Congrats! I am 1.6 lbs from that and I CAN'T WAIT:flowerforyou:
  • Well, I am going to answer the question posted. I eat between 400-550 on the calories for breakfast (by 9:00 am) then I follow up by 11 with another 200 ish calories. Sorry guys, I work out in the a.m. 5:30 and like imagymrat, I would rather rip off my arm than go without for my post workout calories! I am not losing at a…
  • WOW:noway: :noway:
  • Good Luck! Great site with good support! Rock on!
  • :flowerforyou: I agree, start with the one pound a week goal to start and get acclimated, its hard to just cut all the way back AND EXERCISE! Like mentioned if you are going out, EXERCISE for sure that day. There is always time, set that alarm 30 minutes early and go for a walk or put in an exercise DVD! You can do it!…

  • Wow! Way to rebuild your strength! That's awesome! I am not an expert, so this is just a suggestion! Push ups are so hard because you are lifting your body weight (BLEH!) If you can get on your back and do chest presses that would be great (with dumb bells) or maybe you should try from "imagymrat" the isometric chest…
