Do you need to talk to a nutrionist or your doctor? Maybe there is something else off (especially with the diabetes?) They do say slow and steady is better, but I know it's pretty frustrating!

STOP step away from the treats! What can you do that will give you some of the same feeling? Do you like protein shakes? Chocolate? it might have the same feeling! But if you can make it without the processed food, you will stop craving so many treats. Drinking enough water? It helps with the cravings when you aren't…

Shivaun, I am so sorry your kitty is doing so poorly. It is so hard when our loved ones are not doing well. My kitty Bando had the same type of thing and you are right, you know when they are ready. a good brisk walk at a pace of 4mph can really burn calories. I have two ruptured discs in my back and walking is how I get my cardio in. You have to walk longer than those runners :wink: But it totally can be done! Good luck!:flowerforyou:

much easier to plan it out ahead of time, like if you are going to the mall, look up restaurants on line and figure out what you can eat. ok, well I got to a 733 calorie burn today! Boot camp this morning, 30 minute walk and then on to the wii fit for another 30, so tomorrow I only need 767, piece of cake. The bright note is I get to eat more on the weekend, gotta like that! Hope everyone is having a great weekend! :wink: :wink:

Well, apparently having a 14 year old son, amps up the food bill quite a bit. Plus maybe having the parties for 20-30 people a couple of times a month may have a little bit of an impact. We spend $160 a week at Safeway, plus about $50 a week on average between trader joes and costco.:sad: :sad: That includes cleaning…
