  • Thanks for the info. On WW I NEVER used my exercise points that were given...guess I have to get into the habit of actually logging that in and using them.
  • Thanks for the tips. I think I am going to try counting actual calories for a little bit and see how that works. It will be interesting to see how it compares to my points on WW. I got to the gym 7 days/wk so I definitely have that under control...now if I can just get the eating I would be all set!
