We use kangaroo pita pockets sliced in 1/2. 1 tablespoon of sauce, a pinch of low fat mozz cheese, veggies and if you want pepperoni use like 3 slices. I usually will have 2 of these for dinner. They take the pizza cravings away for sure!

Evenings. I attempted the morning with 4 am wake ups but I wasnt getting out of bed. So now I am working out after dinner before the baby goes to bed, but now running into problems with that time. So I am just doing it when I can. Sometines its so hard to fit it in, but you have to! Best of luck!:smile:

Same here! My husband has a digital and mine is non digital. His is exactlg 5 lbs heavier. But when I was prego his also matched my dr. office scale!!! Ahhh! So, for a more accurate number I go off my husbands, although jumping on mine just to see a lower number makes me feel good ;)
