So true about that is is calorie deficit regardless of what you eat contrary to all to those fitness magazines that tell you to just eat chicken and one scoop of rice with boiled broccoli and egg whites

For me, I have spared my injured back by losing weight when I was at my highest at 219 lbs. also my self image improved and I have been able to find love and healing with my body, when before I used to denigrate myself. Now I enjoy taking my shirt off and not look like am pregnant anymore! ( no offense ladies

I reached the 41 days mile stone and here we go to the 90 days ! I'm seen results with my chest and arm and more definitions. Amazing what a few days of push-ups can do.

This is day 30 of doing the 20 push-ups daily and they have become easier to do. I also am noticing better definitions on my chest and arm.

Today is my day 22 push-ups and doing well !!
