I am really pleased I took His advice. I have since run 20 miles - no problem and My marathon is in a month. Good luck with yours! quote] I wouldn't do…

I also tend to feel too dehydrated in the morning to run on empty. I would never be so brave and run 10 miles on empty. I don t understand how you could run a marathon without eating? Im…

I hope you…

I do a lot of running and periodically feel sick ( it's not unusual ) . It could be hormonal or that I have pushed myself too much. I think it's just that when you are running you are jumping up and down so much that it makes you feel ill. On long runs I often feel a bit ill and I either have a sports drink or the feeling…

You're not ugly at all!!!! Some people don' t understand singleness. I tried to have a relationship many times but when it ended, it destroyed me. People's reaction is , " Ahh don' t worry, there is someone for you". However I feel liberated and free and proud to be single! I feel like a woman in the 50's who has been…

The exercise ball is great and quite gentle. Mine only cost £5 from TK Max (UK). The children love jumping on it too x . I hope you like it if you decide to try it. Maybe you could ask at the gym and see if they think it would be good for you. Good luck!

If you haven' t eaten breakfast you will have less glycogen to burn therefore you burn more body fat first thing in the morning. Go for it ! Enjoy it ! and keep it up! X

Can you do squats? Have you tried an exercise ball at home? It might take a long time to see any improvement but maybe you will be lucky! X
