I also lost weight then regained it again, and for me it was the same, comfort eating. So I am starting again too. The difference is though that you have lost weight overalll - 23 pounds according to your ticker. So maybe just focus on that, and do the same as you did before when you successfully lost weight.

I think the best way for consistent and accurate results is weigh yourself once a week. The time of day is also important I always try to weigh myself first thing in the morning, before eating anything and after going to the toilet. That way body waste / fluid is levels as consistent as possible
