@lawtechie - I enter my weight and height and duration on the Elliptical. Most the time I don't even get a heart rate, it just shows 00. So I restart it, and try again. If that doesn't work I go and get it wet again. Thank you for your advice, I will try it later on my home elliptical wearing it under my breast and bra. On…

You can do it! I use mini goals to help me, this time around my mini goal is 6 lbs, I have 1 more to go, til I roll the dice and see what my next goal is. Its always between 2 and 12. Find something that works for you. Add me, and we can help each other!

I need to quit smoking also, but have decided to get my eating under control first, then quit. For me it would be to difficult to do both. Only you know what you can handle. Give it a try, that's the only true way you will know for sure.

You can do it. I bought my elliptical off a friend a few months back, I couldn't do 2 minutes without feeling like I was going to die. After a few tries I gave up. A couple months ago I tried it again, still kicked my heiny. But I kept at it. I was doing 2 minutes twice a day, then 5 minutes twice a day. I am now up to 35…
