Gosh you sound like me. Lol. I still havent gotten into the mind set that this is a "life long" thing but im getting there slowly. I've stopped trying to starve myself into my "skinny" jeans and now try to eat at least a little healthier thanks to mfp. So im sure you can do it if you stick to this site.

Wow. Congratulations on the weight loss and beating cancer. Your quite an inspiration. Im looking to lose 15 pounds and it doesnt seem to be moving at all so i know what you mean. Think of it this way... you arent going to be happy until you reach a goal that makes you happy. Whether that be 160 lbs. or 110 lbs. It doesnt matter what it is, keep going til you get there cuz when you do it will feel soooo much better than thinking everyday that you're a failure and that you'll get back on track…

Do what you think is right. If what your doing is making you sweat or tired, then put active. If it doesnt make you sweat or anything like that, then put lightly active, but do include it in your exercise journal. I do and it makes me feel like i actually did something for the day even if it wasnt a hard core workout.…

YES!!! And it never works... at least not for me. :( I used to binge, then purge or just try and starve completely but couldnt cuz i got really shaky. ANd of course i've tried every fad diet and diet pill out there. But good luck with it if your gonna try it and tell me if it works!!

running on a treadmill is way easier on your body than running on a track or dirt. A track is more unstable and pushes you more. Thats why some people debate about that. Some say its better to run outside rather than in a gym because it puts you in better shape and the fresh air is better. Im not sure tho. Not a doctor.…

I usually always eat oatmeal for breakfast and put in o calorie sugar or sugar free syrup, jelly, or butter and low fat milk. (Just a little). There are sites you can go on where you enter your weight, height, sex, age, and your level of fitness. It'll do this crazy math problem and spit out what you burn on an average day.

It might not be the healthiest way to make sure i do good on v-day, but i plan on not eating the whole day except for dinner cuz my bf is planning this whole big meal with pork chops, mashed potatoes, and french bread (my biggest temptation). I;d be happy with that. Even if the scale says that im over weight, id be as long as my measuring tape said i had a small waist. So dont pay attention to the scale. :)

Lunges and squats.... a lot of them!! Best toning exercises for that trouble zone.

I do the same thing! I usually do 3 hours for an 8 hour shift. Im not sure exactly how to calculate that but i usually calculate it by adding walking and carrying an infant for that long (1.5 hours each). Not sure if its accurate but just a thought. :)
