No. You should do it maybe every other day, so you dont strain your self. Or if you feel like you need to do it every time you work out, try doing light some days and doing a hard workout others. Or do it for a short amount of time. But good job with getting back on track. Keep up the good work. :)

Thats exactly how i got into running! I just recently got into it but its really working. I've gotten so much more motivated for the marathons that i've signed up for (1 5k, and 3 marathons this year) so good luck with it. I hope it helps you too. :)

I wish i could find the stupid thing!!! And i actually used to do the string thing before for the same reason... i didnt wanna know how big i was. lol. Wish i had measured a string before i lost my measuring tape. :(

Look online. Theres tons of websites that have great ideas for vegetarians/vegans. Im not a vegetarian, but i try to substitute dairy as much as possible so i go to different sites to find good ideas.

I burn on average 1800 calories a day just with everyday activities. So to lose 1 pound a week, i need to burn 500 more calories than i eat. You should go on sites that show you what you BMR is. Its a great tool to use to figure out how much you need to burn in exercise a day.

This is definitely my downfall on diets. I get bored at night so i eat cuz it is after all the best past time activity. :) So my cut off time will be 9:00. I work til 11:00 sometimes so i do need to eat a snack on my breaks or i get really shaky and weak. Good luck!!

Vitamin E (at least i think thats the one) People use it for scars and stuff and it works great. Try it. Look up different brands of lotions and vitamins and other stuff that has it in it. And good luck. :)

Theres a website you should look at. Theres a list on it (i think its called starving tip of the day) that has all the advice you'll need on when you go out with friends or family to eat. I think its a site for anorexics but i found the list helpful. Just make sure you dont starve yourself like the title says.

Its completely normal for that to happen... or so i've heard. When anorexics starve themselves, their cycles completely stop. It'll regulate again once you get down to the size you want or when your body gets used to it so dont worry and keep up what your doing. :)

Talk to your doctor about taking a different anti depressant. My sister was taking one that caused a lot of side effects she didnt like so he switched her to one that works. Just tell them your concerns and if they're good and care, they'll listen.

Well as you lose weight, after a while it slows down so change up your routine. Try doing an incline and add weights while your walking (not running cuz it can damage to some muscles and strain your back) And try going for longer walks/ runs. You also have to consider that some of those dont take your BMI into account but can still be more accurate than the ones on treadmills. So make sure you buy a good one that is very accurate. and let me know how it works cuz ive been thinking about buying one myself.
