My sister is naturally thin. She eats a lot of food, noting healthy since it's mostly take out or drive through and was a stay at home mom. She played with her kids but nothing major. She never gained a lot of weight, but if she was extra lazy she would get a bit of a tummy. Nothing noticeable though.

My husband's beard was LONG when he had to shave to go back to being a paramedic/firefighter. I cried. He used shampoo and conditioner in it! I love beards.... I miss it. :(

I know how you feel. It's mostly in your mind but it's still annoying and sometimes even painful. "Hunger pains" my mom always called them. I'm starting over again too. I had lost 160 pounds before but totally gave up and gained a ton after getting pregnant. My daughter is 1 and I still haven't lost any weight. We can do this!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!! I know I can do this... I just hate the beginning. Once I get started things start to become habit! It'll be a lot more fun having people around to give advice or tips along the way!
