I also have a weighted hula hoop! don't use it as often as I should! Need to start again, but so many other exercises to do that I neglect this maybe because I'm not very good at it!

Love rice, we eat it at least 4/5 times a week, keep saying it one can eat everything in moderation and move ones butt to get the right balance. For me seriously no food is off limits, this is lifestyle change, so are some of you saying that you'll never touch certain food groups for the reminder of your life?

Hi, I generally run on Mondays, Weds and Fridays, other days I do strength/weight exercises at home or the gym! bu this week will be running all week so will do long, short,, long, short runs i.e. from 3.8 miles to 6.4ish miles!
