I only run outdoors, love it! I don't suffer with my joints at all, mind you I do take a joint supplement! Go of it, outdoor running is so liberating!!

I don't carry water for runs of less than 10miles, I make sure I'm fully hydrated before. But I guess if you need to have water than I would buy a water bottle with the cut out hand grip! Good luck, you'll love running with the elements!

I run outdoors, so must have music! when at gym doing weights no music, no chating or even acknowledging people, lol: I'm there to workout then home!

Hula hoop kettlebel x 2 hand weights steper skipping rope exercise DVD's Youtube on ipad resistance band and waist tonning wheel I also run outdoors 3 times a week (3.7 to around 6.4 miles) and do one of the above on alternate nights, do nothing on Saturdays, my rest day.

We probably don't get as cold as in some part of the States (in London, Great Britain), but you can ideally run in any weather, (only time will not run is in snow) you just need to have the proper running/outdoors wear!
