I run and would say that running is hard on the joints! (not that I feel any impact on mine!!) but to be honest if you get the proper gear and run/jog at your own pace the most important thing also is to stretch, stretch, stretch, before and after running, seriously can't say that enough. If you maintain/do these then…

You mention that you're eating just under your calories!!! you need to eat more, normal for woman on a daily basis you should consume 1200 calories, now you work out so you need to eat that amount even more so, especially as you've burned say 300/400 or more in each workout!.....so EAT!!! and drink your water allowance and…

I've done both! wii is just like the class really, except no other people around lol: I probably prefer the class, but only because of the interaction with others!, both is equally good, if you give your all in the workout should gets the same goal/result (calories burn and fat burn).

I would say rest your body, but if you need to so something I would go for a walk or swimming. Key is really to make sure you stretch before and after excercising for at least 10 mins! Hope you're recovery is quick.

Agree with the previous poster who stated that this isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change, this is so true!!!! Forcus on one day at a time, do your exercise, watch your portions, drink enough water and slowly but surely the weight will come off. I run 4 times a week, between 4 to 8 miles, also do skipping, trampoline and…
