My sugar input is always high also!! but this come from the fruits that I eat!!! so to be trufully I really don't worry about it!!!

I use cardio trainer to log my runs...does a lot if other exercise also! This ap is available on the android phones! Find it an excellent ap!

I have done it! lol: only because one day couldn't go for a run! I have an ap on my phone called Cardiotrainer, this has a lots of training exercices one can do including climbing stair, I logged onto that and just keep climbing up and down my stairs for 40 minutes or so, yes, great calories burn! although found it boring!…

Loved spinning, used to do it a lot! but now running, also gave up gym membersip! you'll love it! go for it!

Also doing it! level one 1 day, found too easy! doing 2 week of level 2, aiming to do level 3 for 3 weeks, doing every day, apart from Saturdays....also doing 4 days of running, (Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat). Your results are amazing, hopefully I can record similar. Well done you!

Hi Kel, first thing that is really noticeable is that you're not eating enough, you deficit are too high!! i.e. eating only six hundred plus cals when you also worked out, you should try and eat at least 1200 cal a day, days you work out more......also you're not drinking enough water, notice you have a few stir frys,…

I'm 48 doing the Shred....doing level 2, on my second week, I do it every day, apart from Saturdays! .I also run 4 times a week. It's a great workout....looking forward to seeing a huge difference in my body shape lol:

All the information I've read also says that you should only workout for 45 mins, so I run three times a week 3.8 miles in around 32/34 mins, Saturdays around 8 miles for around 61/64 mins...doing 30 Day Shred every evening including warm-up and cool-down 28 mins.

For me watching portions...no drinking fizzy drinks, up my running....saying that last week purchased 30DS, hopefully this will arrive soon, plus dumbells...so could say, these were purchased to aid the progress! Lol

Agree with the general view, do what you feel comfortable with. I run 4 times a week, Mon,Wed, Friday's run 32/35 mins 3.7 miles burning around 426 calories and do a longer run on Saturday around 8 miles burn around 896 calories, for around 1 hour...My weight is now 151.5, started at 166 on 28/12....but there are people…
