I use neither, but there is a Soya spread you can use instead that is about 560 calories per 100g instead of 900 calories of normal butter / marge etc

I love the stuff, its so revitalizing, low in calories, full of nutrition and just makes shakes perfect. better than milk for shakes.. but yeah, its so good I want to use it all the time you see XD and ohhh wine vodka flu? XD am I missing something, or you mean its great for hang overs? lol never tried it for that!

do you have PHD in the USA or Optimum Health protein? the reason I ask is because I use these, they have added beneficial fat burners but not unproven, nor unsafe types. one is an E.Fatty Acid, ones a tea, and one is a amimo acid...

is it just for pure protein intake? you can use hemp protein or pea protein to put into soups, but don't drink them on their own they is nasty XD PHD diet whey is good for a meal replacement, as in Optimum health's diet protein

phd diet whey soya bran yoguhrt coconut water = 295 calories 32 carbs 4 fat 15 gram fibre I get my veg in for lunch or a dinner, but that breakfast even after getting up at 6, and biking 5 miles to work, then working... I can go till 1. IF im not working, I can go till 3 or 4..
