only one thing ever got me, and that was the little worms on celery... obviously wash it and its fine! but I saw it as a kid and I was very..er... well I don't like celery that much now XD

I have a hypothyroid, its a pain... but its not the end of the world!! x one on medication your be alright :) if you have been fine with it for that long, surely it wont change? what level are you, really low or mild?

Holland and barrett PROTOPURE DIET BAR is the best, 182 calories, low sugar, full nutrient spectrum and has fibre in it too. 20g of protein. cant go wrong with that, a sugar free drink or a well women drink, and a bit of fruit ;) Currently on sale too

hard to get it right isn't it, lol! I don't want to eat like 2000 calories a day.. not with my condition i'd be scared i'd put weight on rather than stay steady. Its a minefield! guess I could try adding another 100 a day and see if it helps..

thanks for the reply! I take a multivit and eat brazil nuts (4 only at a time) to get my selenium, and also take the "maximum antioxidant" from Holland and barret, with selenium, A, E, C and Zinc I drink a lot of calcium rich foods, but I might try and get a calcium supplement on its own to try and see if that works too!!…
