A LITRE?? phd diet whey would be a good choice, your both UK ladies right? its 182 cals for 2 scoops of the stuff and its awesome, helps with controlling meals and has almost no sugar. Its great with coconut water :) im enjoying some now as I type XD really great stuff! only downside is if your Gluten intolerant you cant take it

GUILDLINE....ONLY.... 0.4 - 0.8 per body of kilo weight none active and up to 1.2 - 1.5 per kilo of body weight for active / major active. give or take, but depends very much on activity and amount and when you do it. so... you work it out what works for you :)
