I'm going to put what everyone is saying a little nicer. The calories MFP gives you are already the level you need to eat to lose weight. You should aim for this amount every day to make sure you keep your energy up and don't get crazy cravings and dizziness etc. The minimum anyone should eat for a day is 1200 cals. You…

I know I've seen something on a TV show that says people that carry more weight "generally" have more dense bones due to carrying more weight on their body and their bones need to support that extra weight. Muscle weighs more than fat and every once and a while a little bit of a gain might happen especially if you are doing strength training. With that in mind though don't reduce the amount of strength training your doing. More muscle equals more fat burned in the long run. Keep going and I'm sure you'll see a loss next week!

I decided to give this a try and just started day 1 of level 1. With some sweat and sore muscles I'm going to make it through the month. I am DETERMINED!! :)

Exercise TV's Bootcamp Calorie Burn. I've used it many times and Kendall Hogan is hilarious. I did the workout last night with my bf and we were both drenched with sweat. Definitely a calorie burner!!!

I agree. It sounds like dehydration. A nice tall glass of water and some rest should help :)
