Very excited for a 1.4 lb loss this week. Managed to get a workout in six days this week. My energy is up and my food is on track. Im feeling good :)

I would try increasing your calorie intake slightly. You need fuel for your metabolism to get fired up! I eat around 1600-1700 cals a day and do about 30-40 mins of exercise (either weight training or cardio) and can generally lose about 1-2lbs a week. I currently weigh in the mid 150's. My mini challenge this weekend is to not touch my chocolate bar in the pantry. My biggest weakness is sugar. I'm been making mini challenges like this to make sure when I get to my goal weight my bad eating habits don't relapse. So far the chocolate bar remains unopened :)

My day wasn't the greatest, but could've been a lot worse. TOM is always rough :( I'm a dog walker though so got quite a bit of walking in and I did some weights at the gym too, food however not so good. Tomorrow is a new day!
