Nothing bothers me at the gym. I know people are going to be sweaty and smelly - they are at the GYM!! Gym time is me time and I don't like to waste it hating other people working out. I don't really focus on anything else. If I am bothered by something, I move away.

It is really tough to keep track of it all BUT this process really helps me make better choices! Cookies... I can't even go near them! It just seems so not worth eating one cookie because it contains as many calories that I burn in one torturous session of 30DS. This app can really turn you into a food snob!!!
