Hi there! Yesterday I tried Stevia, a natural cola flavored drink that is sold at my gym and at whole foods. It tastes a little bit like a cross between coke and dr. Pepper. It supposed to not have anything artificial in it. Give it a try and let me know how you like it?

You could also use the scan barcode option on your smart phone. I do that a lot and it helps when I am trying to do a thousand different things with 4 kids freaking out around me. Yes, there are four and the oldest is 6. If I can do this, you can do this!!! :)

I'm a bagel thin with light cream cheese and a cup of coffee kind of gal. The bagel is easy to eat in the car and if you find the bagel thin with high fiber, it is really filling and gets your body to wake up. Dont forget to drink water!!!
