Yes some people are right down nasty on here to others. They belittle people for grammer mistakes, food diaries and exercise diaries. I just don't respond to those things or friend any of those people. Surround yourself with the ones that are supportive, there are plenty on here that will have your back. I am not on here…

I've always been told once a week, around the same time and after you pee. It's my understanding that morning after you wake up and use the restroom is the best time. Thats what I do, but its what works best for you. Good luck.

Your right, I do need to be more positive. As far as what I wrote for my profile, I just wanted to be completely honest. So far when I have tried that has been true. But now that I have found this site, I'm thinking that siad profile will become a thing of the past. :smile:

Yes, my chest size fluctuates with weight. When my weight goes up so does chest size, when my weight goes down so does my chest size. At my skinniest I was in a A cup, at my largest right now I'm in a D cup. Mine go with the flow. =)

I thought about it. I even went on their site for it. The more I was reading on it the more I realized they are just trying to get you to buy their whole line of Special K products. Save you $ and eat a bowl of cornflakes. :)
