Pizza. I eat it less often, and look for lower calorie options, but I refuse to give it up completely.

I work out at the Ridgedale YMCA. I mostly use the treadmill and attend a few classes once in a while. Right now I'm doing 30DS at home so not going as much.

I workout at the Y at Ridgedale. I usually go after work, around 5 or 6 pm. It would be fun to have another workout buddy!

Good for you! I don't drink because I'm an alcoholic, and I can't imagine trying to lose weight while including alcohol calories in my total daily allowance. I'd starve to death! Best wishes on your journey.

I have an idea. It's very satisfying to log exercise and seeing it on the screen really is a positive reinforcement. Perhaps keep logging the little things, but don't eat the calories gained...this would ensure that you continue to give yourself the positive reinforcement of eating under your calorie allotment until your…
