Yup! 1 pic monthly makes sense.. With a current update of weight n measurements! N yah d before n after shoul be preferably in d same pose (profile will be good as d difference in d bulge shows better that way)

5 meals a day at least.. Keep some healthy snacks ready n have them on the go! N cardio, to lose the water weight . Keep a watch on ur sodium content, can make u bloat up
