Hi! I completely get how you feel. The whole good/bad and associated guilt is a hard thing to give up for sure. Especially when we have to retrain ourselves to think another way. We are so hard on ourselves that we often forget to celebrate our success.

if you're really that worried about it - maybe add the 5 calories by quick add calories.... or...do some squats or something while you're cooking to burn it off :smiley:

I try to stick to vegetables - it's amazing how much you can eat for so little calories :) 4 cups of broccoli & cauliflower is about 110 calories. When you're really trying hard....it seems less like you're giving up.

I believe I hit 325 at one point. Started keeping track of my weight loss at about 315. Weigh this past Friday was 265.5. Working hard and steady now to get it to where I can be comfortable. Only have a couple mfp buddies who have lost over 100 lbs. I intend on being one of those who lost over 100 lbs....one day :drinker:
