i would say neither. They can help fill you up, but I don't think they have much nutritional value. I would eat something that is more satisfying and healthier- maybe some fruit or have a slice of bread instead of a couple rice cakes? or just eat the rice cakes, I don't think they're BAD for you.

where did you get it??

lookin good!

as far as i'm concerned, your protein SHOULD be in the red! especially if you're using amounts MFP gave you from the beginning... I try to get at least 100g a day of protein, and men need more than women!
-
good to know, I'm pretty bad at guessing things too!... and if it's the same trainerrobin I have as a friend, she's really great for helping out!!:flowerforyou:

ya I agree when youre eating low carb you're focusing a lot more on what you're eating because everything has carbs!... i also find it difficult to get to my 1200 cals a day while eating low carb. and im lazy to make food so I tend to let myself get way too hungry!!

what kind of recovery drink? another protein shake?
-
yes thanks! I almost feel like I could eat all of the above together lol
-
I would LOVE to think this is accurate for me, but 5 weeks ago my body fat % was 33.5, and according to this it's 19% now!
-
lol

I don't have back fat! :drinker:
-
how did it taste?
-
ya but any normal pasta servings are 88g im pretty sure, and theyre over 300 cals and waayyy more carbs than that!
-
omg your stomach looks AMAZING! awesome joB!!
-
ya i lived off of mashed potatoes with garlic, and ice cream and chocolate pudding. this was before i started on MFP so i wasnt worrying about what i was eating. But at a time like that i say eat what u can because you become so hungry otherwise :(

you could just be bloated. I'm no doctor but this happens to me occasionally.. sometimes you'll feel like you look your weight, and other times you'll feel and look like you've gained 10 pounds. after a good night's sleep i'm sure you'll feel better!

it's also good because weight training is what gives your muscles a defined look, and aids a lot in losing inches as opposed to just cardio. I agree that its a lot different in a gym- fun actually!

my trainer told me to do my weight training 3 days a week, with a rest day inbetween... and to do cardio no more than 3 times a week. He also said on your off days (which should be 3 ish days a week) you can do something enjoyable like a sport or a walk or something! good luck!

i hear you, especially because my personal trainer told me to up my cals and my fats to way more than I feel comfortable. stick with it though! up your cals if you need to! as long as you're being healthy I'm sure you will continue to lose the weight... you can do this!

I weigh myself every time I walk by the scale at the gym:laugh: ... usually early afternoon for me, and i just make sure I'm wearing pretty much the same thing every time!

i just started with a trainer who told me i work out WAY TOO much! he said when you work out, it should be very high intensity, and for no more than an hour at a time. and NOT 6 or 7 days a week... I know it's hard to accept, and it was for me too because I thought if I want to lose the weight, I have to work out as hard…
