hi! I'm 5'0. My original goal was 130 but it's now 110. you'd be amazed at how little we short women really can weigh without looking too thin! I was about 125 in my profile pic if that gives u an indication of the weight :)

I started eating really strict through the week with a spike day on saturdays.. it has proven to work AMAZINGLY. I've lost 6 pounds in two weeks doing this, and my body fat % has dropped 3%. its amazing how doing something you feel is totally taboo can be such a great thing for your body! also, it keeps you sane!!

if you aren't starving when eating 1200 cals a day then I say you're fine. Sometimes I struggle to get to 1000 and it's because im simply not hungry. If you find that on 1200 you are hungry then try to see what you could change in terms of what will keep you more full. But don't worry about the 1200, calories are annoying…

dont let yourself be hungry! that was the worst for me! also, at one point I was working out WAY too much and I was consistently losing energy! give yourself rest days in between workouts and you will be golden:flowerforyou:

instead of soy milk try almond milk, it has away less calories and carbs! also, instead of all the fruit you are eating, i would eat veggies- they are also much lower in cals, carbs, and sugar! you will feel much better! unfortunately I dont think 5lb weights will do the trick. it's important to lift as heavy weight as you can to help those muscles shine! but yes pushups are good, as well as tricep dips (with those you are using your own body weight so it works better!)

its probably due to sodium and such that you "gained" the 2 lbs. I would try adding in weight training. Very good for you and for weight loss :) also, you could try doing interval training on the treadmill rather than running at one speed for 20 mins
