i quit almost a year ago, and i definitely put weight on...but that's because i started eating everything that went past my face :) as long as you keep tracking you will be fine....quitting smoking in and of itself does not cause weight gain. Good for you!

i do fix something a little different for my kids, not crap, just different. They eat pretty healthy food, but their repetoire is a bit limited. They love carrots, broccoli, peas, corn etc but i like to try different veggies. So i will fix two veg, but make them try mine as well. if i make mashed potatoes which they love,…

if you really feel this broken and depressed and hate your body and eating emotionally, maybe it's time to go talk to someone. I am all about therapy! It doesnt have to be long or drawn out, just go and talk to someone. I did for just a few months and it was super helpful :)
