  • I usually just use stuff I find on ketoconnect.net. I just made their fudge brownies. Very tasty. They have an ice cream recipe. I just buy Enlightened.
  • Buffalo chicken dip is one of my go tos. (I am keto). Shredded chicken, franks red hot, cream cheese, and cheddar. I eat it with celery or other veggies. So good. Fat head pizza dough is also amazing. It's made with shredded mozzarella, an egg, and almond flour. Super tasty.

  • Went to six flags on a field trip with my students and completely stayed on my diet. I didn't have one fried food or junk food for that matter. So proud of myself.

  • When I worked out 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day regularly, I started to feel really bad. I had headaches all the time. I lost a lot of weight quickly, but it wasn't worth it. I like doing an hour in the morning. One or two days a week I will also do a night time workout in addition, but not every day.
  • I'm still pretty far from goal, but yes, I would like to get a tattoo when I reach it. I'm about a third of the way there. I'm thinking a phoenix, to represent my new body and new self.
  • I workout in the morning and I usually eat a banana about 15 minutes before I workout. if I run or do something intense, I will also have 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. When I workout really hard I will start to feel sick, so I need to eat.
  • I weigh myself everyday and sometimes at night, however I count my Wednesday morning weigh in as my actual weight. Depending on what you eat and how much water you drink can really change my weight from day to day. I'm not going to take a number that I know is lower because I was dehydrated or something. I like weighing…
  • I keep them at work. That way there are other people around when I am eating them so I don't go overboard. I also offer them around so I don't eat the entire box. It worked last year. I'm going to try and see.
