  • Hard boiled egg, celery with pb, apple with pb, handful of almonds, 1/2 banana with pb, greek yogurt, snap pea crisps, cheese (either string or 1 oz), hummus with carrorts, green/red peppers or other veggie. Sometimes a cup of tea, small piece of chocolate...
  • I just found Vega at Whole Foods. They have the standard chocolate and vanilla but they also have a variety of fruit flavors. I haven't tried them though so cannot tell you if they are good or not... I typically add some frozen fruit to my powders to help flavor them up. Good luck!
  • Although we may not agree with someone else's opinions, they are just that. I don't agree with what he said but I also don't think he should have been suspended for answering a question. That is how he personally feels. But I also see the other side. He is a public figure (whether he likes it or not) and he should watch…
  • Flintstones Chewables. I take 2 a day. No joke. :)
  • Sometimes expiration dates are there so you keep buying more stuff. Most items are good way past the expiration date...http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/features/do-food-expiration-dates-matter
  • Do you work out at a gym? Talk to a trainer there and they can give you some ideas. Or ask your doctor what he would suggest. Some ideas: Bike, weights for upper body (triceps, biceps, etc), swimming. Hope it heals quickly!
  • It depends how sick you are. If you have a chest cold, I would say probably not. When I am sick I don't work out to the intensity I normally do. I might walk rather than run, slow it down on the elliptical, etc.. Just try but read your body. If your body is telling you no, don't do it. Feel better soon!
  • Some sound great! And super easy to make. Thanks!

  • Every scale is going to be different. Sorry, no clear answer. Other than keep it consistent and base your weight off of one scale.

  • A pound weighs the same if it's fat or muscle. Muscle takes up less space in your body than fat. It's probably water, but make sure you are keeping track of everything going in your mouth. And relax! Trust the process. Don't give up.
  • Thanks everyone. I have been measuring myself as well. My weight has gone down about 15 pounds but my hips and waist have stayed the same.
  • Quilter - yes, I work out about 4-5 days a week with strength and cardio. I am not in a 16W and 14W are too big, but a "normal" size 16 fits. They are a little loose, but I imagined losing 77# would at least have me in a 14.
  • Happy to help support each other! Feel free to add me as a friend. Good luck!!!
  • Some tips that have worked for me when I get stuck or plateau: 1. Write down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. Even if it's a piece of gum or hard candy. 2. I try not to eat the calories I earn by working out. This should help you lose more weight. 3. Change up your workouts. If you are doing the same thing over and over,…
