Juicers are made different. Some can't grind up the skin and others can. I juice once a day and love it.

When I was breastfeeding I was also hungry all the time, and I ate. I lost the initial weight and then stopped for a while. It was not until after I stopped breastfeeding that I finally lost the weight. In the meantime I suggest being kind to yourself. You just produced a miracle and your body is in a changing state right…

I do a lot of green tea. I like to mix it up, I get a bit bored with just water. Water and lemon, or lime... Anything to make it more exciting! I do think it is just as good for you. With tea though, I am cautious about dehydration. If I drink a cup of coffee, I follow it with a cup of water.

I aim for around 1500 a day, some days I am under, some days I am over, but it balances out in the end. I like to keep the body guessing so it doesn't get use to one way and hit a plateau.

I restart every day and every meal. I make that decision to eat right, make the right choices and when I get off track, I restart again. I find tracking my food very helpful. It's on all my tech gadgets so I can easily access the site. It's about getting healthy and you will get there.

When I hit a plateau, I have to re-mix up what I do. Different exercise, different eating patterns.... our bodies get use to certain things and maintain. Mix it up and see what happens.
