I don't think there's a specific size for every person and certainly no "good". I'd ask yourself if you feel good in your clothes? Do you feel energetic and healthy? Those are more important than size.

I was able to lose weight several years ago. And have kept it off. I don't know how to motivate another person, but I know what's helped me keep it off. I hate cardio! I joined a gym and mix my cardio efforts so my body never adjusts or gets complacent. I also watch tv, and listen to music nonstop while doing cardio. i…
