I rarely weigh myself. I do once in awhile just for curiosities sake. But it really does not matter that much to me. How I look, feel and perform is much more important

Never weigh my food, never weigh myself either. The only time I use a scale is to weigh outgoing packages at work so I can accurately calculate the postage :laugh: :laugh:

I've had tendon issues in both elbows and both knees, and a torn rotator cuff, so I feel your pain. All I can say is foam roll, get regular massages, and swim. You will be amazed at the results you get pertaining to your recovery, and as you continue to do them so that you can prevent injuries in the future.

I binge weekly. Helps to keep you from going crazy while dieting lol. Just don't over do it and stay within your calorie goals, or maybe fast the next day and you will be fine.

Long story short you are hungry because you burned the carbs stored in your muscles and liver and it needs to be replaced. You also need protein for muscle repair.

Motivation should come from within. When things stall, attack in a different direction.

Try intermittent fasting so you can still go out and enjoy time with friends. Also if you don't have access to the gym, make a plan B. Think of things you can do at home, write it down, put it away in a drawer. Pull it out when the weather is bad.
