On days when I eat breakfast I usually go with steel cut oats or muesli, add in some peanut butter, some berries and a few soft-boiled eggs; maybe some honey as well

That is pretty gross, but lot's of packaged foods contain insects and all sorts of other stuff. Check out the FDA website sometime

I do this at work all the time lol. All of us who sit down all day at work should get up every hour or so and walk around, so why not throw in a set of curls or push ups.

I'd just add that swimming is great for bad knees. Swimming can improve joint stiffness, strengthen muscles around your joints and strengthen your bones. Just avoid the butterfly stroke

I have a Magic Bullet, though I like the NutriBULLET better. It's just a bit more efficient and really blends everything together well. I find a lot of unmixed stuff at the bottom with the Magic Bullet. They're both good for making margaritas though ;)

The New York Attorney General did a study earlier this year that found 4 out of 5 supplements do not contain the ingredients that are listed on the nutrition label. The supplements they tested were from GNC, Walgreens, CVS, etc

Today's menu M1 = Protein shake with 3 eggs, 4oz heavy whipping cream and 1/4 tsp cinnamon M2 = 3 Cups of Chinese shrimp and vegetables in lobster sauce M3 = 7oz Rib-eye, 4 fried eggs, 1 tbsp butter Intermittently drank 2 cups of coffee as well with 2oz heavy whipping cream each

Salmonella risk is way over-exaggerated. Biotin deficiency is easily fixed by eating some cooked eggs as well as raw. I usually have 3-4 raw eggs in my shake in the morning, 3-4 fried eggs with dinner.
