I think 50% is fine as long as you are maintaining a deficit. Some people actually only eat 1 meal a day. If it works for them fine. Just continue to do what works for you and you will be fine too.

I like how he clarifies that 'The word "diet" was supposed to simply describe the way a person eats.' That is how I have always thought of a "diet". Shame its meaning has become so obscure

It really depends. I do IF and only eat 2-3 meals a day, and if I train that may burn as much as 1800 cals. So it's not uncommon for me to have 2000+ cal dinners.

I workout 2x/day and I eat 2x/day, both meals are post-workout. That's it, keep it simple, eat big, get big.

I used to do behind -the-head OHP when I was in high school, tore my left rotator cuff. Now I only do them standard. Same goes for chin-ups, pull-downs, etc.

My two scariest moments probably happened when I was a kid. Some older kid pulled a knife on me when I was about 8 and took everything I had on me. What a jerk. I don't know what ever came of him though. The other was when I was 9. I was swimming at the beach and I got caught in an undertow. I blacked out, and popped up…

I just add the Judo/Karate/Kickboxing/Tae Kwon Do. It's pretty accurate for what I do :smile:

Depends, an average weightlifting workout may only burn a few hundred calories, swimming usually burns a few hundred more. But my biggest calorie burns come on the days I do martial arts, typically 1000-2000 cals depending on time. Those are the days I get to eat BIG :happy: :happy:

Don't have dental implants, but I ALWAYS wear a mouth guard when sparring. I don't think it would really affect your training except that you will need to give yourself time to heal up first. That's what happened to me last year when I had brain surgery. Doc said, "no getting hit in the head for 1 year". God it was a long…

Seriously?? Fencing gloves and climbing shoes?? You are definitely doing it right. Most kids here in the US are asking for smartphones, tablets, and other electronic gear that just adds to their already sedentary lifestyle...
