Just finished first week of insanity enjoyed it but ouch it hurt day off before the madness starts again monday lost 2lb first week :)

I am 5ft6 female 136lbs just done first week of insanity on 1430 calories a day iam looking at maintenance after Christmas so was just looking for tips on how to make sure I dont gain and realax abit more with fod also how many calories I would be looking at to maintain :)

Aww thank you I have started a new jillian micheals workout 6 weeks abs so I may cut down abit too see if I can see rwsults abit quicker just want abit of a flatter toned belly :)

I am 5ft6 and weigh 140lbs I lost 1bl this week and a few weeks ago lost 2lb the weight loss has slowed down but tjink iam now losing inches I still want to lose inches but just abit worried about losing more weight I normally have between 100/300 calories left on non exercise days and I dont eat exercise calories back
