I calculate the calories and remind myself everytime I walk by the cookies... that's 130 calories for that tiny cookie!!!! It normally helps me avoid it knowing exactly what I would be consuming and how many calories I'd be losing on my dinner... :laugh:

You can't tell by color like normal... Green doesn't mean it isn't ripe. It should be slightly soft to the touch when you give it a gentle squeeze, kind of like a pear. Hope that helps! I love mangos!!

When I stress out... I don't want to eat... makes me feel sick. I am a boredom eater... but have been teaching myself not to eat when I'm that way. I'm slowly reteaching myself. Mind over matter. I ask myself, "why am I eating"? If I don't FEEL empty in my stomach... I'm NOT HUNGRY!

For me... Eggs, avocados, and healthy fats like nuts really help. :)

For me it is kind of like a game. It's me knowing the system and beating it. I like the raw math on MFP. It is an equation, and i know all the tricks... :happy:

I forgot one more good one... 13. If you bought a chinsy coin counter for $12.00 at Walmart... it is NOT more accurate than my $4000.00 industrial coin counter!!!!
